They are always there. They attack anyone at RoH randomly (ie, randomised delay time)

All the time. All you have to do is wait. And wait a little longer. And the wait for a while. And the go away for a coffee, and while you are gone, they will ambush you.

Seriously: All you need to do is wait in Ridge of hope(better wear some arts). It takes long sometimes for them to show up.
