My laborers guild is at level 3. And looking at faq i don t understand what does productivity means. My wages on map are same as on level 0 laborers guild. Is this normal?

| Yes the basic wages in the factories doesnt change. But on LG 3 this basic wages are multiplied by 2, like experience table says. So you will receive the double of this basic wage |
