The firm warm dwellings of prosperous farmers allow to join recruits. The recruits are easier to train, thus increasing the total numbers of your troops.
I think it is referring to Training, because yes it does, you can train more higher tier units with Recruits, I'm not sure by how much though. |
| It works in conjunction with your knight faction level, so those with higher knight faction level gets more higher tier units as a result from upgrading farmers to recruits. |
