ok here we go:
i have looked in the forum for the rules about lending (artifacts/cash) but havent found - probably cus no "search functionality" is implemented.
Also read some rules - but there was no about lending.
So what are rules about lending?
If i borrow sth to someone, and the person doesnt want to give it back will he/she be blocked if i give as evidence correspondece beetwen me and him + easy to check transfer log?
Or other people just scum others saying thay want to lend and then never give back?

When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much.
