I agree if there is going to be a special event it should last at least 24 hours. It should be considered that these events are given to us players by the admins, I believe, to show us they care about us and this game and to thank us. It should also be considered that most of these special events fall on holidays and that us players often have many other things happening on holidays. Such as having to work, and spend time with family and friends, among other things.
An event that last less than 24 hours makes it very hard if not impossible for some players to participate. And if these events are a way for the admins to thank us for playing, and donating, then it is counter productive for them to last less than 24 hours. It turns something us players rejoice over and are extremely excited to participate in to something we feel resentful that we did not get to join in on. |
