Someone can explain how the second got almost same amount of XP as the winner but much more fsp?

Why not? Second place gets only a certain % of the full xp he would get and a certain % of the fsp he woudl have gotten. Clearly the second place guy killed more and got a lot more exp and fsp than the first place guy.
Once the reduction of exp and fsap is applied for getting sedon, the amounst look as they do in your exp screen. |

The first Lord out gets 30% experience, 50% skill; second one - 40% exp, 80% skill; last but one - 50% exp, 120% skill; last man standing gets 100% exp and 150% skill points earned through fight. |
