| since i got 10 Reputation in mercenary guild i hawen't got a single element... so is Reputation good or bad´do i need to fail more in my missions to get elements? |
| Reputation doesn't affect the chances to obtain element at all. |

| Just keep trying and you will get the elements... The chance is 20% to get one. |
| Just be patient my friend. I find that getting elements is sometimes rather "streaky." For a stretch it seems like you get an elements every single quest, and then for a while it seems like the system hates you and doesn't want to give you any elements. |
