about 1-30% i guess, most likely around 20% , but in the longrun, if people start renting your house many MIGHT make money off thier houses because you can rent them out after you bought all possible upgrades for the house.

Very risky indeed. For example at this moment a house in YL would be worth just about any ammount of gold. But its value will be at least halved when a new merc guild outpost is introduced... |
But the sell prices should't be according to players LG? On ru it is surely higher than here...
It depends also on no of houses (on ru it is about 320 on 18 areas).

Prices are not controlled by the administration, but by demand. Houses were sold by auctions on .ru. |
