Houses and Estates, one of the upcoming updates, has got everyone excited~
I was wondering how much are you all ready to bid for it and will be profitable in the long run?
I'm planning to go upto 400k for it in a decent location and upto 300k in "the now" poorer locations (MC, RoH and ST)...
PS - Not sure if it's the right forum, feel free to toss this topic around or delete it altogether if deemed unnecessary :P |

Nice planning , but i do not expect the houses to be priced below 500k at the least , everyone will be exited and a lot of bidding will take place .
And there are some players with gold over 15,00,000 so i believe it will be pretty tough ! |

Unless they have some really lousy property offered, in which case I'd probably part with 100k (laughable, I know :) |

I don't think so. If I remember well (unlikely thing today :) houses sold for 400-800k+ on .ru. I expect doubled prices here. Everything is more expensive here due to the ammount of excess gold players have... |
