1. Every clan may have up to one thread for its advertisement in this forum. The title of this thread must only refer to clan name and number, e.g.: #10 "LWM - Forum moderators".
1.1. Each Military clan must have one and only one such thread. If the clan is Military, it is possible, but not compulsory to add a relevant note to the thread name, e.g.: [Military clan] #11 "LWM - Chat moderators".

2. If a clan gets militarized, it is possible and recommended, but not compulsory to lock/request a lock for the previous thread and start a new official one.

3. The first post in a new thread which is allowed by local rules 1 and 2 should expound the reason for opening the thread.

4. The following are compulsory in the Clans forum:
-For Military Clans:
4.1. Proposal for changing the clan leadership (with the proper argumentation).
4.1.1 Debates on proposal for 4.1. The time limit for these debates is one week.
4.1.2 Votes on 4.1.
4.1.3 The final decision from the debates from 4.1.2. The time limit for voting and posting the decision is 48 hours.
4.2. The change of the clan leadership (allowed only after the clan final decision was announced - see 4.1.3).
4.3. Petitions from the clan members (see rule 3.28. at https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=5 for the mandatory form of the petition).
4.3.1. The proof of the petition cause.
4.3.2. In case if the responsible person does not satisfy your petition in one week since the petition post, you are supposed to direct your petition to Complaints & Applications section of the Forum.
5. The following actions are allowed in the Clans forum:
5.1. Leader appointing his or her replacement (or more) in his or her absence.
5.2. Inter-clan debates conducted only by the clan representatives appointed by the clan leaders (or their replacements) for each debate. Before the inter-clan debate to start, the leaders or their replacements (with the proof for being the clan leader replacement) should state the debate subject and the clan representatives for that debate. In case of any representative being banned, his/her leader (or his or her replacement) is allowed to appoint a new representative.
5.3. Welcoming new members.
5.4. Announcements on the new clan rules and organization.
5.5. Posting links to clan sites.

6. The following actions are forbidden in the Clans forum:
6.1. Bumping the thread more than once in 24 hours. Bump is considered any post with the sole purpose of bringing the thread on top.
6.2. Flooding. Any senseless or spamming post is considered flooding.
6.3. Flaming posts. Any post showing any hint of lack of respect is considered a flaming post. Answering to such posts in any is considered a flaming post as well.
6.4. Off-topic posts. Any post which is neither related to the ongoing inter-clan debate, nor proposing a new inter-clan debate, nor respecting any of the local rules is considered off-topic.
6.5. Any abuse (any frequency of posting higher than once in 24 hours) of local rules 4.3.1, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 is considered "bump". A new debate in between the same two clan can be opened after 24 hours after the previous debate was concluded or it is considered a "bump".
Any constructive conversation, quotation of the chat log or referring to it in view of a clan problem, posting informative advertisement text blocks with proper limitations (see 6.5.), discussing in-clan game issues, etc. is not considered a violation.
6.6. Advertising for a different clan than the one in the title. Advertising for several clans in a single thread is not allowed either.
6.7. Posting "I want to join this clan."-like threads. If you are searching for a clan, look in the clan forum and contact the leader or the recruiters of the clan(s) you are interested in.
6.8. Advertising or posting Text quest walkthroughs is forbidden. If the clan page contains the walkthrough, the clan Leader will be held responsible.
6.9. Congratulating clanmates or clan as a whole on any occasions.
