what is the difference between teleporter and flyer? |
No difference in terms of utility.. |
No difference, actually. |
One teleports, another flies.
Currently, there are some artifact that affect flyers only. |
teleporters dont benefit from ring of flight, or do they? |
They do not. |
Definitions of both are the same
# Teleport:
The creature can move around the battlefield ignoring obstacles (teleporting behind them).
# Flyer:
The creature can move around the battlefield ignoring obstacles (flying over them). |
A flying vampire... that would be so uncool! thats why they got teleport |
What would be cool is if they turned into bats and flew to where they were goin, then changed back |
that is the way it goes in homm3 ^^ |

i think in homm v they're defined the same: flyer... |
teleporter : disappear at one position appear at destination and it is fast..
flyer : we can see the movement from one position to other and they are
slow
but both are same |
HoMM5 (The Vampires get teleporter ability)
HoMM5 : ToE (The Vampires get switch to flyer ability) - Reason, Necromancer troops were underpowered in HoMM5 |

switch from teleporter to flyer make Vampir stronger? How? |
for darmogathel:
Can be affected by all arts that boost Flying creatures ! |
Teleporters like dissapear rather and reappear rather than going over other things when flying. Teleporting also avoids the need to take time going from place to place. |

I don't think so. Teleporters have always been treated as fliers, even before ToE. Anything that affects fliers will also affect teleporters. |
18. Not in this game definately. |
Can be affected by all arts that boost Flying creatures !
What about magic that prevent flyer to use flying ability (I forget the spell name)?
Teleport will be better than fly |
