| Didn't the Thief Guild rewards used to give +1 Luck at some higher level? I don't see that anymore. |
| Racial skill level 9 used to give +1 luck, but it was replaced with +2 attack and +2 defence for your troops |
| And thief guild rewards were always +1% ini per level. |
| gamblers guild lvl 12 give +1 luck drink for 2 hours :) |

| Okay, so it was the Racial Skill that used to give Luck. I thought I remembered seeing it. Wish they would put a little 'Luck' back as a reward someplace else. |
