So for example I rented a lounge at blooming glade, which is rated the highest, then I rent another in yellow lake, which is rated less than the one I rent at blooming glade.
Now I travel to yellow lake, will I still get the benefit from the house in yellow lake? Because I already rented 2 lounges at 2 different location, does the one in yellow lake still count, or only the one at blooming glade?

Yes.

The one in BG takes effect only while you're in BG and the one is YL takes effect only when you're in YL
