If both partys agree and the items got the same value as the loan, yes.
and if there s some hidden rule that doesnt allow it. You can sell the items to him. Than with the money he pays you for the artifacts, you repay your loan. |

I would rather do it this way. It is practically the same thing but without any confusion. Transfer log with properly signed transfers looks better and you should avoid any suspicion. |
