| What is a conservation block? A friend of mine, who owes me money, was blocked and that was all it said. |
He has blocked you from mailing him so not that much of a friend I would guess.
If he has not returned it within a month then post it in CaA forum and he will be fined double the amount borrowed. Unfortunately you are unlikely to get your money back. |

| Consevation block is something like BOW-block on will imho. Its_me had her real life wanting more time so she mustve gone this way . Her life , her way , her choice ! |
