What does wisdom talent in wizard talent wheel grant ? Does it give access to level 3 spells ?
Does it imply instead of taking basic chaos magic etc, wisdom will grant me all these level 3 talents ? |

It won't give you the talents - talents give extra bonuses to efficiency of these spells. |

Yes, but they dont give a bonus to their effect. Basic talent grant only spells from the school you have chosen but improve their effect of spells from that school. |

As far as i know , efficiency and effect are almost the same thing , but they both contradict each other . |

The effect of a cast spell usually depends on the caster's magical talent of the correspondent school
So :
If you get basic chaos magic you get the ability to cast 3 level spells + increased damage in spells.
If you get wisdom you just get the ability to cast 3 level spells. |

Wisdom will give you access to ALL level 3 spells you can have but wont give any of the bonus granted by the Basic Talent of the school the spell is related to.
(For wizards, you will be able to cast the Chaos level 3 spell, the Nature level 3 spell and also (at level 10 I think) the Holy level 3 spell)
Basic Talent of any school give access to level 3 spells of that specific school and improves the effects, damages or duration of all the spells of that specific school.

Basic "insert school" magic talent - ability to cast level 3 spells of "insert school" but with increase in damage or effect.
insert school = chaos, holy, etc. |
