In short, does a wizard's turn come faster with initiative arts?
If yes, does it stack with advanced sorcery? |
| No. Initiative bonus only apply to troops. One exceptiong however, using the Master Hunter Ring of Dexerity does give the hero initiative bonus as the description "In addition grants wearer hero 7% initiative" smthing like that. |

Description:
While hunters are out in the wilderness, their wives and children craft these rings. Enchanted by a local shaman they improve initiative of the wearer.
Besides increasing the troops' initiative, increases the hero's initiative by 7%.
