in a factory there was steel .18/72 and .18 was in red
i thought that steel is less
i purchased 1 steel and am unable to sell it

Find a facility that requires steel, has the gold to pay you and the storage for it and sell it to the facility.
when you have found such a facility, enter the amount you want to sell in the Purchase column of the "Required for production per unit" section.
