| i have played more then 20 mercenaries guild quest but i still didnt get a single element. it doesnt require such a long time. |
It's just a phase of bad luck~
There have been barren streaks of 40+ quests, keep questing and you'll receive an element.
Note to self: Funny how threads are made when 1 in 5 element norm is broken. No one thinks of it as a bug when they get 2 or more elements in 5 quests :P |

The chance of no elements in 20 consecutive successful quests is slightly above 1%. That's just really bad luck, but hardly a bug. |
