I dont like where this discussion is going. Lets stay with facts here, as we should since is Q&H.
1.Stalling battle intentionally is against rules.
2.Stalling battle is not nice.
3.There are more honest ways to avoid thief battle(or win it), remember thief doesnt choose his victims(mostly). Most thieves are nice players like you, they even send the few coins back most of the time.
4.Being oversensitive, reporting people to get them a penalty is doing no good too, I see your point there. Happens daily with slight insults when players scream happily "noob is an insult I will report you and you get a penalty."
But guys, really, post facts, insert your opinions but keep it nice and civil, ok? | yes, I think there's nothing more to be discussed here. It's been explained clearly.
