Dear Game Admin,
I was assisting in hunting to Player nhe20 when a game server problem appeared, as I suspect, and we could not continue fight when we should.

That's right I'm complaining with BrownBear..how come this things happen?
is it a maintenance or something about the game system.?
shouldve warned players if the game will have a maintenance..
we value our Win-Lose ranks..
please help us about this topic..

This game seems not to exist, but i played it, and i won.
But 0 exp was added to my account after the fight, same thing for the skill points
And of course the tournament points i've won are missing too
Can you do something please ?

Problem should be solved accordingly to Arctic.

The problem is fixed.
Players who are still in combat in fact are not any more :) (check your character page for confirmation). You need to relogin, clear your cache or restart your computer (in the given order in case previous method doesn't help) in order to regain normal control of your character.
Please report issues in a new thread, ONLY if you still have problems after having applied guidelines above. |
