| I rent out my TGI before 1st dec, he unable to return TGI to me before 1st dec. So we both agree cansider i sold my TGI to the player rent from me at current market price. He will pay me slowly by any valueable thing like thief art, element, resource and etc. Is this allow? |
If its not allowed (since it exceeds 1 month)
there is a loophole:
You give him 350 000 (market price)
He returns the 350 000 immediately (to repay his TGI) Now the loan from the TGI is returned within a month.
and he got another month left to return the 350 000 gold loan.
So after a month he collected 150 000.
You send him 200 000 (as a loan).
He will send 350 000 immediately back and returned the second loan without a month. Now he has to repay 200 000 and you just continu this "trick" until he repaid everything.

If you donate you dont get a thief invite in your inventory;
You just become a member of the thiefs guild "instant"
So when youre already in the thiefs guild, you cant donate for thiefs guild, since youre already in it |
| i think your method should work too. you're just bypassing the buying of 'another' TGI. essentially you've already loaned him 350k, and he's used that 350k to buy your TGI. |

Seriously, there is no need to send the gold back and forth. If you both have a stated line in transfer log/explanation in profile what happened, there is no need to do this. Remember people considering rule-breaks have brains, capable of seeing through this. So trying to bypass the rules this way would not help, it would just look shifty. |

Its not exactly ok, loans should be repayed in one month. But if he shows will to repay it all and considering his situation, it should be fine. There were loans before that hasnt been returned at all.
There is a rule "no application from victim in case of loans = no rule break, no penalty." So if you dont report him, it should be fine, there were cases with 200k-300k unreturned.
But dont take advantage of this. Line between late or unreturned debt and financial assistance is pretty obvious. |
