This page explains how the *Spell* works. The talent does not cast this spell at your current Magic talent efficiency, just as all other similar talents (Take "Striving Speed" for example. It is possible to choose it and cast "Mass rapid" at *Advanced* level (!) without any talents in Holy at all).
This talent ads the Weakness spell effect of Basic level to every direct attack of the Hero. It works as it should. |
