To become a thief you need to be level 6 and purchase a thief invitations (either from the market or with 80 diamonds).
To do MQs you need to go to YL and public services on the map. You will probably find most too hard at level 4 but may be able to do some of the conspiracy quests as well as the easier raids (for low tier creatures like goblins, imps, farmers, etc) |

That's by joining a Military Clan. You need to be atleast lv 5 to join one. Contact clan leaders, pay the entry fee + donation (about 15000+) and get your invite. |
