It means that you have not recruited your troops fully. Go to the Recuiting page (Character page right hand side, fourth link fropm the top or second red one from the top)
Then shift the sliders down as you want or need | Oh, and you are missing some orcs. It seems you need to have all tiers avaliable for your level bought before you can play.
This technical feature seems like something new to me.. |
