| It means that if you are eating chocolate with your left hand while you are playing and you can't hold the shift button to do a melee attack with your orcs because you'd get your keyboard dirty, you can hold the left mouse button pressed for more than 3 seconds to get the same effect. |
just lift the mouse with your right hand, and press the shift button with the mouse, while clicken the left button with your right finger...
Thats what I do all the time when Im eating chocolate with my right hand and want to attack melee with a shooter. |

Clicking and holding the Left Mouse Button for 3 or more seconds before releasing does the same as holding the SHIFT key when clicking.
