Not sure if its possible to send money to a blocked person, I think you can...
But in case you cant; send it to Empire with a proper description |

You cannot send it(technically) to a blocked player. -> You can return it to Empire.
You dont have to return it. But you should. Loans should be repaid according to rules. If he is blocked, he broke the rules severely and you dont want to be connected to such player, right? |
ofcourse you have to repay the loan.
Else people will abuse it.
Create a hero, and enroll for five years.
Then give 2 million gold as a loan and then get blocked on purpose.
As I said in post 2; just return it on time to the blocked person; if an error occurs when transferring to a blocked person, send it to Empire with a proper description |
