I have asked this question b4 and even so it was answered I am still confused, Im a lvl 3 hunter and CLvl 6, yet when I posted that Im doing great for lvl 3 hunter and Im not on the top hunters list for that lvl, I was told it the CLvl that counts which was 6, I have noticed that at lvl 6 top hunters list are mostly CLvl 7-10 and hunter lvl 3 is mostly made up of Clvl 5-7 how m I to read that.

Simple. They leveled up since they set the record :) |
you have to look at combat level 6 and faction elves in your case thats this:

For example the giants you see 1st place = 10, 2nd and 3rd place is 7.
If you beat 7 giants you will NOT come in the top hunters list, if you beat 10 giants you ll become SECOND and the current third placae will fall off.
hunters guild doesnt matter for the top hunters list. |
| I don't know if I understood you wright. You are saying that you are now level 6 and you are hunters guild level 3. That means that if you are looking for the list of top hunters of your level you should look at the level 6 list. There are no hunter list by guild level. |

Hunter level has absolutely no influence on Lists of records.
List of records is sorted by combat levels. The hunter guild level is irrelevant.
The people listed in record lists have higher combat levels than their listed records because they leveled up after doing hunt record and there was no one yet to break their records. |
