If the clan had no Treasurer by the moment the clan Leader was blocked, the clan leadership is lost. Any funds paid or donated to such a clan will not be returned. |

PM the admin, they will transfer the leadership to your treasurer. If your treasurer doesn't want to be leader, he can then transfer it to someone else. |
