"Third Survival Tournament and forth. ST will now be held regularly, once in a fortnight, lasting one week each." - this means we will get tournament in each 3 weeks? (2 weeks off and 1 week held?)

it means Third ST will last for one week and then we hav 2 weeks to the Fourth ST
*Note:ST means Survival tournament |
