Author | Repair, or rebuying artifacts ? |
Do you think which is better to do ? if i repair an item, it costs half or 1/3 of main cost of the artifact for 1 or 2 durability ! but if i gather a little money for buying it again, i have 30 or 40 durability ! which do you think is better i do ? |
For saving money, the best is to repair it with someone, who has higher smithing skill. :) |
This isn't the place to asking . Go to queries and help to ask for something... |
you ALWAYS sell and rebuy artefacts.
exeption is:
1. you want to get smith-guild-points
2. Rare artefacts you can't buy at the shop (e.g. thieve arts)
3. Heavily enchanted arts |
It is always cheaper to sell and buy a new one, this is the truth that we all know. |

There are cases, when repairing is cheaper, for example when repairing is for free ;) |
i agree with nutella, taking advantage of people with low smiths free repair for 3-8 more durability. Also, sometimes the price of items goes way up (like the defnder shield on occasion) it may be cheaper to repair |

Usually only 10% smith players do this. And don't forget that with each repair your max durability goes down by 1 and your art goes down in value. The game pays you more for 0/25 art than for a 0/24 one. |
