I just want to know... if I need to send message to admin for having a clan tournament?

what (exactly) does this rule mean?: Any custom combat tournaments with a prize reward and/or a participation fee are forbidden.

It means you need to ask for Admin permission to hold any tournament. Any combat tournament that has an entry fee or a prize for top players or both are automatically rejected. |
