is this percentage is multiplied with the normal attack of troops, or it is only multiplied with magics? |
If you mean Weapons enchantments, it's added to the normal attack of troops.
Jewel Enchantments add only to your magic spells
And armour enchantments add to troop defence against Spell damage. |

True. Against spells, magic dmg by skill and by enchanted weapons. I am armorer. |
example:
say if you had earth enchant 10% on a sword
that whould give 10% earth damage
it counts for magic and sheilds vs elements and element ignore to |
