To have the Estate "work" you need to build a Reception for 50'000 (to have people rent rooms automatically), and at least a first Guest Lounge (one room to rent) for another 50'000. I don't know if these two improvements are enough to bring a star, but still, once you upgraded your estate with these, you can manage renting.
Click on Reception - (Setup) link
- click on "Reception on" checkbox
- decide of the price per day
- decide maximum duration of stay of paying guests.
Then the >>> symbol should display. |
