Because different factions have a different talent wheel (and different costs)
for some factions luck is only 7 points, while for other factions luck costs 8, 9 or 10 points. |

Each talent has its cost measured in points. The amount of available points depends on character's combat level and obeys the following formula: 5*(combat level-3). |
You get 10 points at combat level 5.
5 points for each level from combat level 6.
