They used to be 2 different artifacts, with different stats, but now they seem to have merged.
Previous stats for Sword of Might
Level 7, Durability 80, AP 8, Att 5, Ini 3%
Purchase price from artifact shop
15,000 Gold, 10 Mercury, 10 Sulfur, 10 Crystal, 10 Gem
Previous stats for Sword of Power
Level 7, Durability 50, AP 8, SP 2, KN 2
Purchase price from artifact shop
20,000 Gold, 10 Wood, 15 Mercury, 15 Sulfur, 15 Crystal, 15 Gem
With the changes, the Blacksmith of Might produces Sword of Power. However clicking on the Sword of Power to bring up the description gives Sword of Might instead.

Staff of Power. Red, costy thingy, both sword of might and staff of power can be bought at ridge of hope, and their stats seen when clicking on them/ at artifact shop. | It seems that you mix up Sword of Might with Staff of Power. :)
Staff of power still exists, and still has the same stats as your "Sword of Power" , however produced at a facility, requieing different resources.
For Sword of Might the same applies :) | Thanks everyone..
I mixed up the translation mistake with another artifact.
