For a amount of cash you could build ur own weapon and cause sometimes in market the weapon is there but to VERY HIGH price or not all in the list or in facilities maybe it have run out of stock. So how about a new guild named Smith :) u can create shields armours depends of cash and smith lvl.

maby like, depends on what smith level You can make different types of weapons.
(only artifact shop)
Like smith 0 = you can make wooden sword, Light axe
Smith 1= Leather helmet...
