| Being the one that creates it doesn't give extra initiative.Extra iniative is given by wearing artifacts.Also,A creature has to have 11% more iniative to be able to move before it's enemy(equal initiative). |
A creature has to have 11% more iniative to be able to move before it's enemy(equal initiative).
This is because the very first turn has a 10% random deviation.
