| Can anyone tell me how labor skill affects wage. It seems that getting skill in the guild itself doesn't affect wage automatically. |

For example, you enroll in the Ore Pit in Great Capital. The wage is 175, but you will get 525 because you have laborer's guild 5, which means you produce 3 ore and get 3 times the wage as someone with 0 laborer's guild.

Uh. My bad. I was always in bad money situation, so I assumed that I'm getting 175 coins, didn't even know that that amount is being calculated by my productivity.
