Depending on the clan, you may get access to a forum with expert informations, discounts with smiths and anchanters, cheap arts leasing.
Avoid clans whose only aim is to make a big clan, that propose you to become a recruiter for cash, that make tournaments (tournaments are illegal). These won't bring anything and are just aimed at sucking gold out of you. |
#2, #3 & #4 Totally correct for a lot of clans here but not all.
Some clans however do have a lot of benefits (obviously not advertising any clan so dont try and look in my profile for an example), but some clans:
- Run legal weekly clan events with large gold prizes and valuable artifacts and elements
- Hold stocks of all scarce resources and artifacts and make them available to members at facility costs
- Have a very active community with busy in game chat (and voice chat)
- Take a strong stance against cheating
- Have a wide range of "trusted" people available to help out with hunts and fight GBs together.
- Have the best smiths & enchanters in the game usually offering great deals, discounts, priority services or all of these.
- Have a positive and helpful ethos, No trying to make profits from clan mates, no effort spared to help out a clan mate in need.
Many, many more benefits but only if you join the right clan. An inactive or too large clan gives little benefit, a clan with many cheats not only gives little benefit but harms your reputation and future deals by association, a clan without "family" concept just gives you more people to compete with. etc . . . |

A clan that paid 2 500 000 gold to become so.
Grants a nice logo next to your name (2, 3, 4 and 5 are fine examples) and nothing else.
In case of a major event (such as the long awaited dwarf war), these clan could compete. But nothing happened since this was anounced 6 months ago.

also, when thieving, you cannot ambush members of YOUR military clan
you can only join 1 military clan
price of joining is higher, but generally these are the best clans there are. others have the problems that 2,3,4 talk about. |

| Of course just check the place whereusee ur clans and then press leave. |
