it's always great to see people persuading their dreams instead of just leaning back and think and think and think about what they could've became and what they could've accomplished but never had :) | Yeah man, it feels awesome too. Especially after 5 years of high school being an introvert. Heh.
Now, if only I had a car... | | + | | well, that's the easiest part right there) all you have to do is earn money for it, that's easy) | | Well...its the hardest in fact. Cars are bloody expensive here while income is pretty below normal. And I'm a student...time to try the lottery! Haha. Maybe then a date at the fancy restaurant won't seem too far-fetched *grins* | well, i'm from russia myself and i definitely know what does it mean to get the salary for the very same work you do here or in europe/us with one 0 cut off.
there's only one way out - study hard, get some skills, expore your talents and start your own business. forget all the local clients and sell your products to the european/us partners for the normal price. actually that was the way out for me when about 4-5 years ago i said to myself that enough was enough and committed i was sick and tired of being underpaid at my by then last job. now i'm my own boss, i can afford those fancy things i couldn't afford by those times when i was working for someone.
i mean, that's the key to success. i'm not saying you'll instantly become a millionaire, though if you put some nice effort and become committed to a goal of getting rich great things will start happening to you. trust me on that. all you have to do is actually believe. believe in yourself, believe in being able to accomplish those goals you set to yourself, work hard and the outcome will be pretty outstanding.
btw, even a student can start his/her own online business. it doesn't take too much money to invest, it doesn't take anything special, just your desire and your time you put in that process.
i mean selling was, is and will be a success to every business no matter if it's online rather offline typr of business. just learn how to sell, master it and you're success. | True, which was why I kinda switched from being pure-science to a sub-science sub-economics student in college. I reckon money really DOES move the world these days. I've got some (small) projects in mind, have been on hold for almost years now, but let's see how that will turn out now that my contacts have enlarged ;)

and speaking of your projects... you can find some investors via intenet as well. I mean there're millions of people surfing the web every single day. some of those are rich guys and are willing to invest in someone's projects simply to make a profit outta it without actually doing anything. and that's a key to those young guys who're willing to develop their ideas and projects but have no money to start the business.
i highly recommend you searching for those people in order of offering your ideas and projects to them to invest in. as well as searching for venture companies. | | ^bump | | + | | ^Bump^ | | thx, Pink :) | Hmm, excellent idea. Never thought of it. Maybe now its the time I finally get a move on for that long-overdue project. Market might be small at first, but who knows eh? :D
Ah, wish me luck for student body elections tomorrow. Was out and about campaigning for support for my 3-man team, a coalition I feel might win if its planned properly. Lets hope voter turnout is good though, heh. | | + |
