13:25 means 1:25 PM

1) Make a post in the forum. Then you can see the date in the post. Example: Your post: 2010-03-27 10:47:45

2) Look at the recent posts in the forums. Example: (The first post in the QandH diamond topic: 2010-03-27 10:36:55
3) Go to chat and say something, then look at the date. No examples since I'm too lazy :)
