if someone who has not read the rules have more than 2 additional characters, can he ask the adminstartor or moderators for help to block 1 of those characters too solve the rule breaking problem...
I'm a clan leader so i need to know... i don't want my clan members to have any problems in these cases... thanks. |

Prove himself to the clan? So he's now decided the clan might get grumpy if they find out he is a cheater. He's still a cheater, he just no longer thinks he can get away with it. I wouldn't take him in the clan.
If he was honest about this, he'd post to the secretary himself and let them choose the punishment, not let you be his cats paw. |

If he posts details about all his characters in all his profiles and marks extra ones as abandoned and never logs into them again (as EROCs said above).

He has no same player or same IP transfers between any of these characters or other forms of cheating
then as a LWM Juries member we will normally take this into account. The main aim of cheat investigations are to catch the players who are cheating on purpose and usually those who have been involved in large scale financial assistance either with their own characters or to/from other players.
