you are not in a TGI rent conditions so just stay on necromancer to save money and to build skill

well, im not sure dark elf is much better in ambushing than a necromancer.
Personally I found thieving easiest as a demon on the large map.
(I tried demon, knight, wizard and a little bit as a dark elf on the large map. And elf on the small map) |
i im necro and manage to get to thief guild level 4 as necro
i find it good my bigest problem is vs players ambush full art |
It doesn't matter which faction you thief with. Sooner or later you will get to a parity point. You keep winning so the difficulty ups until you lose, or you keep losing until it gets simple enough that you win.
Paying 100s of thousands of gold to change faction is not worth it. |

I too got to TG4 ambushing almost exclusively with necro.
It is a good faction to ambush with but a poor faction to be ambushed by other players.
Infected Zombies are also very useful when ambushing.
I would not try using more arts though as you will initially win a few but will very soon be back in the same situation as to win:loss ratio. |
