I have to leave the game due to personal reasons and I accumulated a lot of wealth so I wish to transfer 30% of my wealth to my brother ishan and rest to the empire.
Since, we play from same IP but ARE diff. personalities so is it legal? |

You should also consider:
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden.
Personally I would say it is safer not to make the transfer. |

This WOULD BE against the rules, as it is using a third party.

Altough I'm leaving the game it's a secondary thing the main thing is that I want to give a gift to my bro.
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the monetary property of the character per month. Monetary property is considered: gold + seven primary resources (wood, ore, mercury, sulfur, crystals, gems, leather) only. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. transferred as gifts are valued at market price.

Mods are not allowed to ban people when they dont have common sense.

This rule covers various things. The first part is a single statement concering people who are leaving the game.
The next part covers the 30% rule, etc.

3.11. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited. Such line should clearly state who is the main character, and who is the extra one. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked without any warning
If admins decide that there is not proof that two characters who play from the same IP are not seperate people then it could lead to anyone involved in these transfers getting blocked which is hardly worth the risk. |

MODs are only allowed to ban people who break the rules and I doubt anyone would have a problem for any "legal" bans. I for one would encourage action being taken against anyone who breaks any rules as it makes the game a better place for us all. |

As the topic starter said, these two accounts are NOT from one person. So once again, it is perfectly legal.
If admins want to penalize this, they have to rewrite the rules first. (which they had to anyways since common sense is not a rule anymore). |
