The one you wear (light axe + defender shield + leather armor) is the cheapest for 6 ap.
For 7 ap, the cheapest is light axe + defender shield + bravery medal. |
| For 8 ap*, the cheapest is light axe + defender shield + bravery medal. |
There is a very small difference in gold over the few cheapest options. It all depends what you prefer and what your foghting style is.
Do you depend more on defence or more on attack (plus luck or morale etc)? |

Just invest a few more gold and replace light axe wid steel blade
it doesnt have -ve parameters like lihgt axe wid -1 defence....
defence helps your troops take less damage and last longer :D |

If he wins, it doesn't matter if he has higher defence, does it, he will only win faster - by ~30 seconds - and that probably doesn't matter that much to him.
