How can I complain about a player that not only kept insulting me but also took the maximum time in combat just to make me wait? (I don't care about insults but I don't like to wait half an hour for someone that just wants to be anoying)

There is no rule against running the timers to delay battles as nothing can be proved on this from re-watching the battle later. It is just poor sportsmanship and luckily does not happen often.
Insults will result in an increasing fine starting at 5k gold for a first offence. |
| Get some more people that agree with you, fianlly the person will get a fine. An =d the more he does he more he loses. |
