I have this ability but it didn't work in tournament.....but in last tournament it worked ordinary(I think).

No, it should not have worked in previous tournament too. |

you should take something like fickle mana, mana cost-20% (14 talent points) or intellect, total mana +50% (18 talent points)
But as far as I know they disabled the mana recovery talent after the second survival tournament since it would make those fights too long and they wanted to give all wizards the same chance (so also the players that dont have the time to play 7 hours for 1 tournament attempt) and they never enabled it again after that.

| Unfortunately they left in "Spirit Link" so necro's can still recover mana and thus their fights go on for ever :( |
