| i just had a hunt it said it was easy marked as gray, i looked at the other hunts that made it easy. the bottom person 3rd in faction for that type had no hunter set on but they had more talents than we have access to at lvl 9. can some1 pls change the way it looks to be harder than what it says, because it was no peice of cake because i was doing way less damage than the person with 5 talents. here is the link its the ghost hunt look at there talents and tell me https://www.lordswm.com/plstats_hunters.php?level=9&race=6 |

Alot of those records were established before the changes to the talent wheel were implemented. He could set the record using fewer arts but now we have to use more arts to match the damage.
I know what you're saying: erase the records made before the changes, but I don't think admins will buy that. You just have to look at the battles not just the numbers or just ask for help. |
when you meet creatures, don't look at the color of the hunt, but look at your personnal combat log.
for exemple i found that:

you lost against 465 ghosts.
after that, you killed the 465 ghosts, using a hunt assist:

now, you try to kill 528 ghosts alone...you are level9 instead of 8, but it don't make a huge difference in your army.
if you failed 465 ghosts at level8, you will probably fail 528 ghosts at level9.
PS: i'm against removing records made before the changes :p
i worked very hard to make the ghost record at level9, and i don't want it to be erased simply because of a rule change...especially since i'm level10 now and won't have any chance to take by my record.
with the new rules, i might have been unable to kill these 4175 ghosts, but i would at least have defeated the previous hunt: 3211, still widely enough to have the 1st place.
and if i really wanted it, i could still have killed the 4175 ghosts, i would just have needed to spend a little more gold to buy some enchantements.
anyway, i would be very sad to see my record erased, and to have someone else on the top hunters table with a "record" of 1400, while i'm able to kill at least 2* more ghosts than him in the same conditions :p |

I think most people are very able to judge for themselves how difficult a hunt will be from their own previous battles.
The rating system only really shows you how far up the scale towards being a record attempt is. |

Not necessary.
Look at the top hunt battles, their arts, your own record, the ap you wear, the number of enemy stacks you have encountered, etc... and it should be more than sufficient to deduce an expected outcome. |
| Or just check your own personal record against that hunt. If it was easy the last time, then this time you should also be able to win, but if the last time was pretty difficult, then chances are that you won't win this time unless you wear better arts or level up. |

with higher lvl (7 or 8+) you know every creature and you know how many you can take out. i even dont have a look on the colour of the difficulty in hunts. i just look on creatures and then i know if i can take em out alone or not. |
