Article reads: 'Faction wave' surges through creative forum

AuthorArticle reads: 'Faction wave' surges through creative forum
In a recent development, it has become apparent that the Creative Forum in our own lordswm.com has become overridden by threads posting about new factions, creatures, and the like. It is even stranger to this reporter that the majority of the purpose of the Creative Forum has been forgotten or simply ignored. The forum itself is labeled as being for, "Your images, texts, poetry related to the game," and yet this surging wave of "new factions and creatures" is ever present.

What's seems worse, to this reporter, is the saddness in knowing these far attempts of "creativity" will never come to fruition as the governing body [Admins] most likely has never and will never wander into the Creative section to view these posts, and the chance of them actually changing their system for such a post is ever a farther cry.

Yet, it is apparent that despite this reporter's attempts to shed light on this disparaging situation, the factions will continue to come in fresh each day as surely as the tide at sea.

In the meantime, we await the poets, the writers, the thinkers of thoughts more profound then 'pitting Lords up against chickens' [https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1878844]?

Reporting,
Skunder Beur

(yes there's a lil dig at this thread too:

And? This should be problem or what? Creativity can be done in many ways, new factions and creatures is one of them, and i don't see why shouldn't this be. Of course [Admins] most likely has never and will never wander into the Creative section, but sometime creative works used as base of idias from IaS forum, like "we want third grade creatures! how should they look? see topic at creative forum: https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1873368&page=last";
"wave" is to big word, other thing is that while some post new factions other don't do anything. U wanna the poets, the writers, the thinkers? Then u found them - if they would shown up u even didn't notice the "wave". Maybe i'm to rude, but only purpose of this topic i see is in Pr of TS.
There is no problem here.

Ps sorry for my english
There isnt any real problem with them imagining stuff which may never come true because even if they know it wont come they would still be happy with the amount of effort and creativity they put in just to make the creatures / factions . It may be sad but there is still the present effort in making it .
Wow, you guys totally missed the point of the thread...

currently there are no less than 12 threads on the 1st creative section alone made by character name 'Rendingblade' about possible new creatures. which i have no problem about characters presenting new ideas - it IS creative.

however there are 2 points which should be made:
1) The Scales of Balance on the Creative Forum are being tipped towards this "creating new factions" thing and weeding out just about all other forms of creativity.
2) admins don't give 2 shakes. and yes i know you already mentioned this, but it is worth giving a little ribbing

P.S. in case you failed to see, the 1st post IS an attempt at creativity, a journalistic approach to reporting the situation here in creative Forums.
1) The Scales of Balance on the Creative Forum are being tipped towards this "creating new factions"
As i said - there is problem not in "creating new factions", but in just about all other forms of creativity.

2) admins don't give 2 shakes.
And we don't care about them, we must tell this... or... it will blow our... minds... AAaaa!

tsk tsk tsk Ivor, posting with secondary character...is this an attempt at creativity, maybe to get some color [red] in this thread?
So, Skunder, are you propsing that they should stop posting their ideas, since they will never come true? I am in no way trying to argue with you, but I read through this post, and I am just having trouble trying to see what you are making a point of.
I guess the 2nd post wasn't enough, even with numbered points to follow along with...hmmm...simply I'm saying that it's becoming redundent and I could even go further to say that it'd be nice to see a little more actual creativity in the forum - a few more stories, poems, or even something more creative.

Now with the blunt narrative the creative element of this thread seems all drained out.
Oh ok. Well I posted an idea for a new guild a few days ago, I don't know if that is considered creative.
